You must use our website lawfully and not interfere with its operation or security. If you create an account, take reasonable care to protect your login credentials. Nothing here makes you responsible for unauthorised activity that is our fault.

Website content and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may not commercially reproduce them without permission, except where the law allows.
4. Products, prices and ordering
Product descriptions, key features and the total price, including applicable taxes, are shown before you place an order. Available delivery options and charges are shown before checkout is completed. Prices are in GBP unless checkout shows another currency. If a product is unavailable after you order, we will contact you about a refund or an alternative you may choose to accept. Payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. We will send order confirmation by email; we will tell you when the order is accepted.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the UK and EU destinations offered at checkout. Available methods, estimated delivery times, costs and any applicable taxes or import charges are shown during checkout or in our shipping information before you order. Contact us if a delivery is delayed. Your legal rights for late or failed delivery remain unaffected.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Consumers may have a legal right to cancel a distance purchase, typically within 14 days after receiving goods, subject to applicable exceptions. To request cancellation, email hello@omninest.co.uk or use our contact page with your order details and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. The applicable return process, return costs, refund timing and any exceptions must be disclosed before you order. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods have separate statutory remedies which are not reduced by this section.
7. Product safety
Follow the product instructions and ingredient information supplied with each item. Stop use if irritation occurs and seek medical advice if needed.
8. Website availability
We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, updates or technical reasons. This does not affect your rights concerning orders you have placed.
9. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality. We have removed the previous blanket cap limiting all claims to the purchase price. Any proposed liability limit needs review by a UK consumer-law professional before it is added.

11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published here and will not retroactively remove rights under an order already accepted.
